Mediterranean Sea

The sound of the sea,

slightly burning eyes,

the salty smell on my tongue,

on my skin

and in my hair.

I can feel it everywhere

The sea,

the sun,

the salt

And my eyes

are full of light

I like when the wind goes

through my hair.

The tickling feeling,

if the wind

touches my legs

and I like the smell

of the salty breeze.

Because then I can feel it

Everywhere,

the sea,

the sun,

the salt

and my eyes

are full of light.

Suddenly the weather changes,

first I feel one rain drop

falling

on my cheek.

A second follows

and soon

it`s raining like crazy.

The rain drops

into the sea

And patters down

thunderously.

And I can feel it

everywhere,

the sea,

the sun,

the salt

and my eyes

are full of light.

Oh dear Mediterranean Sea,

I hope I come back soon
